Cisco Headset 521 & 522

The Cisco Headset 521 and 522 are professional wired headsets designed for employees who spend extended periods on voice calls, online meetings, and multimedia. The 521 features a single-ear design, while the 522 uses a dual-ear design, both offering lightweight comfort, premium audio, and unidirectional microphones that help reduce background noise. Each headset uses a 3.5 mm connection and includes an in-line USB adapter that provides call controls for answering, ending, rejecting, holding, muting, and adjusting volume. The series is compatible with PCs, Macs, Cisco IP phones, Webex Desk Series devices, Cisco Jabber, Webex App, and Webex Meetings when used with supported configurations. Centralized management, firmware updates, diagnostics, and audio customization are also available through compatible Cisco collaboration platforms and management tools.
